SPARTA Maintenance helps maintenance teams handle store reports, preventive checks, approvals, costs, and document archives in one place.

The app supports several operational roles across the workflow. Each user sees the data and actions they need, from creating reports in the field to reviewing final documents in the dashboard.

The workflow was not just a simple report form. It had multiple approval stages, branch scopes, preventive rules, cost realization, photos, generated PDFs, and final document packages that needed to stay connected.

The difficult part was keeping the system clear for operational users while still handling role-based access, document history, cloud storage, and edge cases around rejected or revised reports.

I worked on the system as a fullstack web app using Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and a role-based dashboard structure.

The implementation focuses on scoped dashboards, report detail views, approval actions, PDF generation, cloud-backed archives, preventive coverage, activity tracking, and admin tools for managing operational data.

The result is a maintenance platform that can track reports from creation to completion, keep approval history visible, generate final documents, and give managers a clearer view of branch operations.

It also gives admins tools to monitor reports, preventive coverage, users, stores, costs, activity, and system settings from one dashboard.
